What do Gyna reviews say, and is it worth it?
Gyna holds a TrustScore of 3.9 from 2,812 reviews on Trustpilot, measured 4 September 2026. About three in four reviews are four or five stars, and about one in five are one star. Most people who rate Gyna highly say it taught them something they did not already know. People who rate it one star are usually writing about billing, most often a charge that arrived after they believed they had cancelled. Reviews cannot show whether Gyna changes anyone's chance of conceiving.

It may suit you if
- You want something you can actually do. Reviewers describe arriving resigned to their odds and leaving with specific practical changes, and the science behind why they matter.
- You want to be taught, not just tracked. 1,453 of 2,041 four- and five-star reviews say it taught them something they didn't already know.
- You want the meals decided for you. 277 of those 2,041 mention the recipes or the meal plan.
It may not suit you if
- You'd rather just read a book. Most of what Gyna teaches is already in the fertility literature. If you'll happily work through It Starts With The Egg and a few papers on your own, you can get most of the way there without paying us.
- You've only just started trying. If you're a few cycles in, there's a fair chance you don't need this yet.
Most of what goes wrong with Gyna is billing rather than the content. One-star reviews have been falling since July. Both are counted below.

One-star reviews have fallen sharply through 2026: 16.7% of reviews in June, 10.0% in July and 3.2% in August, on 30, 30 and 31 reviews. Those are small months, so read the direction rather than any single figure.

Less often: content too basic for the price (14%), recovered the money through her bank instead (10%), a second subscription she says she never knowingly bought (6%).
A review often describes several of these, so neither column sums to 100%. They record what a review mentions, not why someone chose her rating.
Where these numbers come from
The score and the review total come straight from Gyna's public Trustpilot profile, read on 2026-09-04. Trustpilot works that score out itself and weights recent reviews more heavily, so we quote it and never recompute it.
The theme counts are ours, because Trustpilot does not publish them. We counted chosen words across all 2,758 reviews in our dated copy and read about 530 of them in full, deliberately reading more of the negative ones: every two-star review, 205 of 507 one-star, and 80 of 158 three-star.
Complaint themes are de-overlapped, so each review counts once against the theme it leads with and the column does not sum to its total. Our copy is not a subset of the live profile, because Trustpilot removes reviews after we have copied them, so we never divide a count from one by a total from the other.
The score and review count are Trustpilot's, read on 4 September 2026. The counts of what reviewers said are ours, over a dated copy of the review text holding 2,758 reviews published between 16 February 2022 and 30 August 2026.
