Fertility is a field where confident advice is cheap and checking it is expensive. This section is where we show our working: who we are, where our published statements come from, what review they have actually had, and how to tell us when we've got something wrong.
There's one thing worth reading before anything else. None of the statements we publish has been through clinical review yet, and every one of them says so on its face. We'd rather you knew that here than found it out later.
Who we are
Gyna is a fertility nutrition and lifestyle program. It's a personalized subscription with a companion app, run by the company Lily Health USA, Inc.

We run two sites and they do different jobs. Everything public and readable lives on gyna.com. The program itself, the quiz, your billing and your login live on gyna.co, and those pages aren't meant to be indexed or read by anyone but you.
What we're not claiming
Some things are easier to say straight than to imply:
- No clinician has reviewed the statements in our evidence library. The program has a clinical review role defined and nobody appointed to it yet, so nothing here displays as clinically reviewed.
- None of the health authorities we quote endorses Gyna or has any relationship with Gyna. We quote their published documents and link to them so you can read the original.
- Nothing we publish is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for your own clinician, who knows things about you that we don't.
- We don't publish pregnancy-outcome promises. Fertility is not a field where anyone can honestly guarantee a result.
