Gyna is run by Lily Health USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation. File number 7003634, incorporated August 2018. That's a public record, so you can check it in the state register rather than taking our word for it. The same company is named as the seller on our App Store and Google Play listings.

We run two sites and they do different jobs. Everything public and readable lives on gyna.com. The program itself, the quiz, your billing and your login live on gyna.co.
How did Gyna grow from Lily?
The company was founded in Delaware in 2018 and named for its first product, Lily: an SMS tool that helped women in Kenya track their cycles and avoid pregnancy. It added Messenger as a second channel, then a chat feature.
The questions coming through that chat were increasingly about the opposite problem. Women wanted to know how to get pregnant.
So the product followed the questions. It moved from cycle tracking into fertility education, and from Kenya into markets worldwide. Today it's Gyna. Same company, same focus on women's reproductive health, since 2018.

What is Gyna, and what isn't it?
Gyna is a fertility nutrition and lifestyle course, delivered as a subscription with an app. Self-paced lessons on nutrition, supplements and everyday exposures, plus meal plans and recipes.
It's built to sit alongside your medical care, not to replace it. We can help you understand things. We can't tell you what's happening in your body, or what to do about it. Where our guidance and your doctor's differ, follow your doctor's.
Prices, plan lengths and trial terms are on our pricing page. Whatever's on the payment page before you pay is what applies to you.
How do I cancel Gyna?
There are two separate subscriptions and you can cancel either one or both at any time at gyna.co/billing. The course is one. The meal-plan add-on is the other, and it bills monthly. Cancelling one doesn't cancel the other. Both show on your statement as GYNA.CO/BILL, so tell them apart by the amount.
Does Gyna actually work for fertility?
For fertility outcomes, we don't know. There's no study showing that Gyna improves anyone's chance of pregnancy or a live birth, and we haven't run one.
What we can show you is what people who used it say, counted openly, on our reviews page. That's a record of what reviewers mentioned. It isn't evidence that we caused anything.
None of this is a reason to put off a fertility assessment. If your age or how long you've been trying points to seeing someone, go and see them.
What do reviews say?
About three in four reviewers rate us four or five stars, and about one in five rate us one star. Most of the four- and five-star reviews we've counted mention learning something. The one-star reviews are far more often about billing than about the course, and the biggest single theme is a charge that landed after someone thought she'd cancelled. We count both, show our method, and link to the full Trustpilot profile including the reviews we come off worst in.
