Better recipe search, filters and local measures
Recipe search and filters repaired, serving information clarified, and UK and Australian English settings supported.
Released
Between October 10 and 12, 2026, we updated Gyna’s recipe library with working search and filters, clearer serving information and local measures for UK and Australian English.
What’s changed when I look for a recipe?
Search now matches recipe titles and ingredients. We repaired the meal-type, dietary and ingredient filters, including ingredient matching that could confuse part of one word with another ingredient.
You can use these controls in the recipe library to narrow your choices.
Can I see serving information and local measures?
Recipe pages show serving information where a usable yield is available. Nutrition appears where the recipe also has an analysis.
UK and Australian English settings use local ingredient wording and measures. We also corrected language settings for eligible existing UK and Australian accounts that had been assigned US English.
Some recipes still need editorial work. Nutrition information isn’t available for every recipe.
What if I have a question about a recipe?
You can leave a community note on its recipe page. Team replies now appear beneath the note, and an email alert links you back when your public note receives its first reply, provided we can email your account.
Open the recipe library to browse or return to a recipe you’ve saved.
