A simpler way to request a refund
In July, we made in-app refund requests available to all members and corrected how an advertised 30-day guarantee is applied.
Released
Asking us to review a charge should start with a clear place to go.
On July 18, 2026, we made the in-app refund-request form the standard route for all Gyna members. We also corrected how we apply a 30-day money-back guarantee offered with one of our monthly plans.
How do I request a refund now?
Log in and open the refund-request form.
The form asks why you’re requesting a refund and lets you select the charges you’d like us to review. It then shows the outcome or the status of your request.
If you can’t log in, or can’t find the charge you’re asking about, email support@gyna.co with your account email, the charge date, and the amount.
What changed about the guarantee?
One of our monthly offers included a 30-day money-back guarantee at checkout, but refund reviews weren’t always recognizing that offer correctly.
We corrected the review process in July so those requests use the advertised 30-day guarantee, with the window measured from the start of that subscription.
Refund terms depend on the plan and guarantee you were offered. If you’re unsure which applies to you, contact us so we can check your subscription and explain it.
What if an earlier request didn’t seem right?
Reply to the email about your request, or contact support@gyna.co. Include your reference number if you have one, along with what you’d like us to look at again.
Does asking for a refund cancel my subscription?
Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. If you also want to stop future renewals, check the cancellation steps and manage each subscription you want to end.
You can request a refund in your account whenever you’re ready.
