Clearer cancellation and billing support
Public cancellation steps, a clearer explanation of separate subscriptions, and a way to ask us about a charge. Here's what's changed.
Released
If you’ve read a review about difficulty cancelling Gyna, it’s reasonable to want to know what’s changed before you join.
On August 20, 2026, we made our cancellation instructions public and explained the separate meal-plan subscription more clearly. Our billing-help form also gives you a way to send a payment question to our support queue.
Here’s what that means for you.
Can I see how cancellation works before signing up?
Yes. Our cancellation page explains the steps without asking you to log in or become a member first.
Our support page also brings together help with cancellation, charges and account access.
These public pages give you somewhere to check the process before deciding whether Gyna is right for you.
How do I cancel a subscription bought on the Gyna website?
You can manage it yourself from your billing page.
- Log in with the email address you used to sign up.
- Find the subscription you want to end.
- Choose cancel and follow the steps until you see confirmation.
- Check each subscription you want to stop, including any separate add-ons.
Cancelling stops future renewals for that subscription. You keep access for the remainder of your current paid period or trial.
If you subscribed through Apple, your subscription is managed through your Apple ID.
What if I also have the meal plan?
The meal plan is a separate monthly subscription. Cancelling your main program does not automatically cancel it.
We’ve made that distinction explicit on our cancellation and support pages, with a link to the billing page where you can check both subscriptions.
If you want both to end, cancel both. If you can’t find a subscription you expected to see, email support@gyna.co so we can help you check it.
What’s changed when I ask about a charge?
Our billing-help form lets you contact us about a payment without logging in.
When we can match the charge, the form creates a request in our support queue and shows you a reference number. Keep that number for any follow-up.
If we can’t match the payment, your inquiry is sent to support for help finding it.
Cancelling a subscription and asking for a refund are separate actions. If you’d like us to review a charge, include that in your message.
What if I’m still stuck?
Email support@gyna.co with the email address on your account. For a payment question, include the charge date and amount too.
You don’t need to work out what went wrong before contacting us.
You can read the current cancellation steps or open your billing page whenever you’re ready.
