A typo in your sign-up email can leave you unable to get back into your account.

On July 14, 2026, we added a way for our support team to correct those email errors. Your billing email is updated too.

What does this change for me?

If you signed up with the wrong email address, contact us so we can find your account and help correct it.

Tell us the email you intended to use and, if you know it, the address you entered by mistake. For a payment question, include the charge date and amount too.

What else improved in July?

We improved how our customer-support team handles questions and follows up on unresolved issues, to help you get answers sooner.

Our support process brings your question together with the account and payment details needed to investigate it. We also track follow-up replies, including replies to refund decisions, so a conversation can be reviewed again when something still isn’t right.

What if I’ve already asked for help?

Reply to the existing email thread and tell us what’s still unresolved. Include your request reference number if you have one.

You don’t need to start the explanation again in a new message.

Email support@gyna.co, or visit our support page for help with billing, cancellation, and account access.
