Message a fertility coach inside the app

Some fertility questions feel easier to ask in a private conversation.

On September 30, 2026, we made private messaging with a human fertility coach available to active course members, extending access beyond the initial Journey preview.

You can ask your question in the app, without joining or posting in our Facebook group.

How do I message a coach?

Log in to Gyna and open Ask a fertility coach from your course menu. If you’re using the Journey experience, you’ll find it under More.

Write your question and send it. You can return to the same conversation to read the reply, add a follow-up, or look back at earlier messages.

You can also open your coaching conversation directly. You’ll need to log in with an active membership.

Is this a private conversation?

Yes. Your messages go to the coaching team in your own conversation. They aren’t posted to the Facebook group or shown to other members.

A human fertility coach replies. Messaging is asynchronous, so you can leave a question and come back to the conversation later.

Do I still need Facebook?

You don’t need Facebook to use in-app coaching.

The group remains a place to connect with the community. Direct messaging gives you another way to ask a coach when you’d prefer to keep the conversation private.

What if my question is about my subscription?

Our customer-support page has help with account access, cancellation, and billing. That team can look into your subscription or a charge.
